Glen Kendall is a partner of McLoughlin, O’Hara, Wagner & Kendall, LLP, and chairs its business litigation and employment practice.
He regularly serves as lead counsel in complex matters involving breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, unpaid compensation, discrimination, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, defamation, trade secret misappropriation, copyright and trademark infringement, and unfair competition.
A significant portion of Glen’s practice involves counseling professionals and executives with respect to employment-related contracts. He also provides general counsel services to businesses with respect to formation and ownership issues, contract drafting and negotiation, and employment law compliance.
