F. Todd McLoughlin is a co-founding partner of MOWK Law. Todd strives to provide his clients with intelligent, well-reasoned advice that leaves his clients in the best possible position at the end of the representation. He has comprehensive legal practice focusing on real estate law and general litigation. He represents individuals and commercial entities throughout New York in a variety of real estate matters, including purchases and sales of real estate, leasing real property, landlord/tenant proceedings and other property or commercial matters.
Prior to co-founding MOWK Law, Todd ran his own solo practice for several years. During that time, he built a solid base of clients and formed client relationships that are likely to continue for many years.
Todd began his legal career as an associate attorney at Lambert & Shackman, PLLC, a well-respected real estate and commercial litigation law firm in Manhattan. At Lambert & Shackman, Todd developed the essential skills and the meticulous attention to detail essential for being a successful attorney.
Todd graduated Fordham Law School in 2005. At Fordham, Todd was a member of the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law.
In 2000, Todd graduated from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA with a B.A. in International Relations concentrating on Latin America. At William & Mary Todd was a four-year member of the Men’s Track and Field and Cross Country teams.
